Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
● All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
● Orders placed after 2:00 PM local time will be processed the next business day.
● A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed once your order is on
the way.

Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as:

Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
● We currently ship to addresses in USA and selected international locations.
● We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
● The buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
● We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
● If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@vitalcane.com within
7 days of delivery.
● Please include your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can assist you
promptly.
Change of Shipping Address
● Changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
● Once shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your walking stick. If you're not happy with your
purchase, please review our return policy below.
Return Eligibility
● Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
● Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
● Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
● Custom or personalized walking sticks.
● Items marked as “Final Sale.”
Return Shipping
● Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or
incorrect.
● We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
● If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect), we will cover the return shipping
and offer a replacement or full refund.
How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@vitalcane.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item to the return address provided.
Refunds
● Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the
return is received and inspected.
● Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our
error.
Exchanges
● Exchanges are processed as a new order once the original item is returned.
● Please contact us in advance to ensure your preferred item is in stock.
